Objectives

The primary objectives of the Association are :

• To promote unity, mutual respect, and goodwill among the officers of the Chhattisgarh Finance Service.
• To continuously improve the efficiency, integrity, and technical expertise of the service through knowledge sharing, training, and innovation.
• To protect and advance the service conditions, legal rights, and welfare of its members and their families.
• To constructively engage with the State Government in policy formulation related to financial governance and administrative reforms.
• To uphold high ethical and administrative standards in public financial management, thereby enhancing the public trust in governance.

उद्देश्य

संघ के प्रमुख उद्देश्य निम्नलिखित हैं :

• एकता, पारस्परिक सम्मान और सद्भावना को बढ़ावा देना ताकि छत्तीसगढ़ वित्त सेवा के अधिकारियों के बीच मजबूत सहयोग और भाईचारा स्थापित हो।
• ज्ञान साझा करने, प्रशिक्षण एवं नवाचार के माध्यम से सेवा की कार्यक्षमता, ईमानदारी और तकनीकी विशेषज्ञता में निरंतर सुधार करना।
• सेवा शर्तों, कानूनी अधिकारों और अपने सदस्यों और उनके परिवारों के कल्याण की रक्षा करना और उन्हें आगे बढ़ाना।
• वित्तीय शासन और प्रशासनिक सुधारों से संबंधित नीति निर्माण में राज्य सरकार के साथ रचनात्मक सहभागिता करना।
• लोक वित्तीय प्रबंधन में उच्च नैतिक और प्रशासनिक मानकों को बनाए रखना, जिससे शासन व्यवस्था में जनता का विश्वास और अधिक मजबूत हो।
